Sleeping In

I drove to New Orleans to celebrate Mardi Gras this weekend and decided it would be a good idea to sleep in. So after waking up at 3am I went to the bathroom, took out my retainer and got a glass of water to take my zyrtec for the day and stood still in an empty kitchen for a minute. It was time to get back into bed. I slept for another 4 hours and my body was just tired of sleeping, strange right? College Jonathan would be so disappointed. The homeowner greeted me and offered coffee and I got to work preparing an email I should’ve sent Thursday night, but better late than never. Finishing an hours worth of work as the morning fog was starting to clear from the street and recede back over towards the lake. I decided to go for a stroll up the levee and grab a couple photos along the way
